It’s slightly flexible, but for the price it’s good and it’s a lot.

These are 1000% worth the price. I had my doubts as to condition they would arrive but they came solidly packed in perfect shape!! Very good set with every conceivable curve!! Plastic is very substantial…not paper thin but not chunky. The only drawback for some people might be that the increments are metric, not inches if that’s important. For me it’s more getting the shape over the measurement and I don’t have a problem switching between the two. Very impressed!

Everything came very fast and all the rulers match the pictures. Some of them have Chinese characters but they seem to have the English translation next to it at least for most of them.
